Middle Eastern "Flaky" Bread
Warm, melt-in-your-mouth buttery, a stove-top appetizer bread with dips. This will become a party favourite.
The return of this luscious crispy chicken with pan juices that create a tangy hot-dressed salad.
Sous-vide & The Steak
The new and old come together in this modern reverse technique that chefs adore. We'll add some crispy skillet potatoes to the mix with a peppercorn butter.
The glory of a caramel bottom that becomes the top - with a lesson on the great "flip" - both sweet and savoury. Dessert is Bumbleberry Buttermilk Upside-Down Cake!
