The old South meets a French classic; pimento cheese (sharp cheddar, mayo and pimentos - sweet and succulent red peppers) get mixed and slathered between two slices of bread. Dunked in a rich egg-custard and fried to gooey perfection, this is no ordinary grilled cheese!
This crunchy retro salad will delight all your taste buds. Cruncy lettuce, no shame in iceberg, tangy cheese, and a vinaigrette that will have everyone asking, "How did you make that?"
Spanish Chicken Braise
Perfectly browned and slow cooked, this one-pot chicken dish also has sausage, peppers and rice; served with spicy aioli. A cousin to paella - this will have everyone speaking Spanish before the second glass of Sangria!
Chocolate Pudding Cake
Richly decadent; dark and delicious. This cake makes its own sauce - simply magical.
